The free tier costs nothing and needs no payment card: one complete Red Rock Study scenario and one complete Sea Wolf scenario. Pro is a one-time payment of $29 for a 30-day pass or $69 for lifetime access.
No. Both Pro options are single one-time payments. Nothing auto-renews and no recurring charge is ever created. When a 30-day pass expires, access simply ends unless you choose to buy again.
If your McKinsey Solve testing window is in the next few weeks, the $29 pass covers it. Lifetime is worth it if you expect to retest, are recruiting across multiple cycles, or want the games available after your window closes. Lifetime costs less than buying two passes.
All sales are final. Pro is digital content made available immediately on payment, so purchases are non-refundable. We may make exceptions at our discretion, for example a duplicate charge or a proven technical failure that prevented access. See the Terms of Service.
