SolveForge (the "Service") is operated by SKIMS LLC ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the Service you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
SolveForge is an independent, educational practice tool that recreates publicly documented mechanics of aptitude-style assessments so that users can practise and learn.
SolveForge is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or connected to McKinsey & Company or any assessment provider. "McKinsey", "Solve", and other names are trademarks of their respective owners and are used here only descriptively, to identify the assessment our practice tool helps you prepare for. All scenarios in the Service are generated or original recreations; we do not reproduce, host, or distribute any third party's actual assessment questions, images, or copyrighted materials.
The Service is provided for practice and educational purposes only. We make no guarantee that using it will improve your score, help you pass any assessment, secure an interview, or obtain employment. Any scores, percentiles, rankings, or examples shown are illustrative and are not promises of outcomes. Your results depend on many factors outside our control.
You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. By using the Service you confirm you meet this requirement.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping your password secure, and for all activity under your account. Notify us at support@solveforge.io if you suspect unauthorised use. Accounts are for individual use; do not share credentials or resell access.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful, personal, educational practice. You agree not to:
You are solely responsible for how you use the Service and for compliance with the rules and terms of any third-party assessment you take. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.
Please read this carefully. If you create an account and complete practice runs, your display name, avatar, any LinkedIn link you add, and your scores and rankings are publicly visible on the Service's leaderboards and player pages — including to people who are not signed in. Do not use a display name or link you are not comfortable making public. You can change your display name, remove your LinkedIn link, or request deletion of your account at any time (see our Privacy Policy).
The Service offers optional paid "Pro" plans that unlock all games and unlimited freshly generated practice scenarios:
Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not receive or store your full card details. Prices are in US dollars and exclude any taxes that may apply. We may change prices and plan features at any time; changes will not affect access you have already paid for. "Lifetime" means the operational lifetime of the Service and does not obligate us to operate the Service indefinitely (see Section 13).
All purchases are final and non-refundable. Because Pro access is digital content that is made available to you immediately upon payment, by completing a purchase you:
We may, entirely at our discretion and without creating any obligation, issue a refund in exceptional circumstances (for example, a duplicate charge or a proven technical failure that prevented access). To request one, contact support@solveforge.io. Nothing in this section limits any statutory rights you have that cannot lawfully be excluded.
The Service — its software, design, text, and original graphics — is owned by SKIMS LLC or its licensors and protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service for its intended purpose. Third-party trademarks remain the property of their owners. You retain ownership of content you submit (such as your display name and LinkedIn link) and grant us a licence to display it as described in Section 7.
The Service relies on third parties including Stripe (payments), Supabase (authentication and database), Cloudflare (hosting), and Google (optional sign-in and web fonts). It may also link to third-party sites, such as a user's LinkedIn profile. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, policies, or availability.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that its content accurately reflects any current assessment. Assessment formats change without notice.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. If we permanently discontinue the Service, Pro access (including "Lifetime") ends. We are not liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation, except that we may, at our discretion, offer a pro-rata credit or refund to Lifetime purchasers if we discontinue the Service shortly after their purchase.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SKIMS LLC WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OPPORTUNITIES (INCLUDING ANY JOB, INTERVIEW, OR ASSESSMENT OUTCOME), ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) US$100. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SKIMS LLC and its members, officers, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use or misuse of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third party's rights or of any assessment provider's terms.
You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms. Purchases are non-refundable on termination for breach.
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted here with a new "last updated" date and, where appropriate, notified by email. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You and SKIMS LLC agree that any dispute will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Fulton County (Atlanta), Georgia, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts — except where mandatory consumer-protection law entitles you to bring proceedings in your country of residence.
